• Any delays caused by the client, including late content submissions or approvals, may impact timelines.

3. Ownership Rights

• Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon final payment.
• Goprogen retains the right to showcase projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions

• Projects include up to the agreed number of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately.

5. Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced, except in cases where Goprogen is unable to deliver the agreed services.

6. Confidentiality

• All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for project purposes.
